Privacy Policy for Flota 3D sp. z o.o.

In connection with the enforcement of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 from April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), the following Privacy Policy is implemented:

§1 General Provisions

The administrator of your personal data is Flota 3D sp. z o.o., registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000893100, with its registered office at Fryderyka Chopina 94, 43-600 Jaworzno, NIP: 6322028131, REGON: 388585570 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”). Contact with the Administrator is possible via traditional mail at the above address or by email at: biuro@flota3d.pl. Personal data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, including GDPR regulations, and is stored on secure servers. We confirm that we respect the right to privacy and care about the security of personal data. For this purpose, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used. We also have access control in place, which minimizes the effects of any data security breaches. We make every effort to provide all possible physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

§2 Data Administration

Providing personal data is voluntary. The Administrator does not verify the accuracy and correctness of the data provided. Personal data are not transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area. Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling. User’s personal data will be used for purposes related to the provision of services offered by the Service Provider within the scope of the conducted business activity and for contact with the User, as well as for the possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims. Please note that our trusted partners may receive your personal data only when we are sure that they care about your privacy and comply with GDPR regulations. As the Administrator, we will make every effort to ensure that these entities provide your personal data with appropriate security measures. You can request access to the personal data processed, their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing at any time. The Administrator may refuse to exercise the aforementioned rights if the applicable legal obligations impose such duties on the Administrator. Regardless of the rights described above, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data at any time. Upon receiving your objection, the processing of your personal data will be discontinued. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us. We care about the standards of personal data processing, which is why each person processing your personal data has been properly trained and familiar with the GDPR regulations and security standards in our center.

§3 Final Provisions

The policy may be subject to changes, which will be communicated appropriately. The policy is in force from January 1, 2020.
